Support for you as Parents.
Do you get stressed and anxious or regularly feel like things are dragging you down?
Worcestershire Healthy Minds supports people, aged 16 and over, who are experiencing problems such as stress, anxiety, low mood and depression.
They help people improve their mental well being through a range of interventions such as short courses, online therapies, and guided self- help.
You can access the service by:
- calling the Wellbeing Hub on 01905 766124 to self-refer.
- asking your GP to refer you.
Please note we are not an emergency mental health service. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, please make an urgent appointment with your GP or attend Accident and Emergency. Alternatively, you can call Samaritans on their 24 hour helpline on 116 123.
